Downloadable Excel Order Form |
| We have created a downloadble electronic order form for those shipping 5 or more gifts to multiple recipient addresses. (Note - for purchases of a single gift, please use our regular secure checkout process. After you find the item you would like to purchase, select the "Buy Now" button to checkout immediately). For multiple items going to different addresses, please download and fill out our Excel order form. Include your billing information and information for each gift recipient. The order form will automatically calculate the total, including shipping and tax (if applicable), and apply any volume discounts. Once completed, simply email it as an attachment to service@holiday-gifts-gift-baskets.com and we will review it. Note - please do not include your credit card information in the excel document. We will call you to confirm your order and obtain credit card information over the phone. |
