About our Frequent Buyers Club Program
Earning Points Our program is free to join. Earn one point for every dollar you spend (shipping and taxes not included). In order to receive credit for a purchase, you must use the same email address each time you make a purchase. You must earn a minimum of 500 points before you may begin to redeem points. During our checkout process, if you are a member of our program, a confirmation note will be displayed indicating your purchase qualifies for Frequent Buyers Club points. This offer cannot be combined. For example, if you choose to use a free shipping code for a purchase, you cannot also receive credit towards your Frequent Buyers Club total. For our corporate/spreadsheet order form customers, orders that receive a volume discount cannot be counted towards an FBC account. You must make at least one purchase each year for your account to remain active. Frequent Buyers Club Members will also qualify for special offers sent via email. Only purchases made directly through our website qualify. Redeeming Points Receive $1 off for every 10 points redeemed When you use a rewards code, the maximum allowable number of points will automatically be applied to the order. For example, if you have 600 points and purchase a $75 basket, you would receive $60 off and 600 points would be deducted. If you have 600 points and purchase a $30 basket, you would receive $30 off and 300 points would be deducted. Once your balance falls below 500 after redeeming points, you will not be able to redeem points again until your balance is back above 500. We will send you an email each month showing your total and listing qualifying purchases made that month Legal Stuff Multiple accounts (i.e., those with different email addresses) cannot be combined We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the program at any time
